Shipping and Return Policies

1. We do our best to ship discretely. The business name on the return address is simply "NLV".
2. If you order during business hours and before 2:00pm (pacific), your order should be processed and shipped that day.
3. Orders placed later in the day, or on weekends, will be processed and shipped on the next business day, unless otherwise noted.
4. If you mix DVDs with other items, your shipment will come from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

1. While we do our best to ensure that all DVDs are in "like new" and playable condition, occasionally mistakes happen. In these rare cases, we gladly accept DVD returns for either replacement or refund (at our choice).
2. The cost to shipping returned DVD back to us is done at the buyer's expense.
3. Due to the personal nature (and local laws) surrounding sex toys, intimate clothing, and fetish gear, we cannot accept returns on any non-DVD items.
